The founder

Salah Adam

Salah Adam founded Merita and still shapes every part of it. He leads the NDIS training, guides how the compliance and readiness tools are built, and stays hands-on in the work Merita is set up to deliver.

He started Merita after watching good providers lose the link between a written standard and the shift itself: what a new worker is shown, who gets the escalation, who owns the procedure, and what record survives for review. The platform follows that same link. Find the requirement, find the decision a worker has to make, name the owner, and keep the record.

Before Merita he spent two years as a support worker, then three and a half years as an Operational and Service Manager running two NDIS providers, and six months consulting on his own. He holds the CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
