Founder & Principal Consultant

Salah Adam

Salah Adam is the Founder and Principal Consultant of National Provider Standards Consulting (NPSC). He leads the consultancy's training, compliance-systems and audit-readiness work, and remains directly involved in delivery rather than passing engagements to a delivery team.

Salah founded NPSC after seeing how often NDIS providers hold the right intentions but struggle to connect a written standard to daily practice—to the induction a new support worker receives, the person who owns a policy, and the evidence a leader can retrieve when scrutiny arrives. His method is deliberately plain: understand the provider, define the standard in practical terms, assign clear responsibility, implement the work, and preserve the evidence.

Salah's relevant experience includes two years as a support worker, followed by three and a half years in management as an Operational and Service Manager responsible for running two NDIS service providers. Before founding NPSC, he worked independently as an NDIS provider consultant for six months. He holds the CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Where an engagement needs additional expertise, NPSC engages specialist facilitators or advisers, with responsibilities and quality controls made clear before delivery.
