Who we are
NPSC is an independent, founder-led consultancy that helps NDIS providers strengthen frontline practice, compliance operations and audit-ready evidence through one connected improvement pathway. We work with owners, operations leaders, HR teams and frontline managers. We do not deliver participant supports.
What we do
Training
Practical, non-accredited professional development for support workers and provider teams, including Support Worker Essentials, four Applied Practice streams and individual modules. A Statement of Completion records attendance and participation; it does not certify workplace competence.
Compliance
Provider-specific reviews, policies, registers and implementation that connect requirements to named owners, review dates and evidence.
AI-assisted workflows
Human-controlled assistance for training oversight, compliance actions and evidence management. Qualified people remain responsible for all decisions and approvals.
Audit readiness
Gap assessment, internal mock audits and remediation support. This is readiness consulting, not a formal certification audit.
How we engage
Brief -> Scope -> Strengthen. A free provider briefing clarifies the priority; NPSC documents a recommended starting point, method, inclusions and responsibilities; then delivers, records actions and identifies the next priority only where it adds value.
One relationship, five stages of value: Acquire, Retain, Expand, Digitise, Prepare.
Delivery
Founder-led delivery. On-site or live online. Melbourne-based, Australia-wide. NDIS-first, with future reach into aged care, healthcare, childcare and education.
Boundaries
NPSC is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. NPSC is not an Approved Quality Auditor and does not issue registration audit outcomes. Training is non-accredited professional development.
