The website describes one controlled-pilot training product, products that remain in founder review or planned, and early scoped diagnostic approaches. Each published availability label limits what may be discussed or scoped. Website information does not create a client relationship, professional engagement, booking, release approval or guarantee of availability, scope, price or outcome.
2. No professional or regulatory advice
Website content is general information and does not replace advice based on a provider’s circumstances. Providers remain substantially involved in their application and organisation-specific evidence and retain responsibility for suitability, implementation, service delivery, legal, regulatory, clinical, employment, governance and operational decisions. Merita is not an Approved Quality Auditor; an AQA conducts the formal conformity assessment and makes an audit recommendation, while the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission makes the registration decision.
3. Service engagements
Any service will be governed by a separate written proposal or agreement confirming scope, inclusions, exclusions, responsibilities, fees and relevant service boundaries.

Unless otherwise stated, website content and Merita materials are owned by or licensed to Merita. They may not be reproduced, supplied or commercially used without written permission, except where law permits.
