Merita is a training and compliance platform for NDIS providers. We are an independent company in Melbourne, working with providers across Australia.
We are not the regulator, and we are not an auditor. What we do is make the Practice Standards easier to meet every day, so the right training, records and evidence are there when someone asks for them.

He worked as a support worker, then managed two NDIS providers as an Operational and Service Manager. The same problem kept coming up: a requirement written correctly on paper that never reached the shift, the supervision, or the evidence file. Merita is built to close that gap.
